Carriage charges

1. Deliveries within France under 1kg €6.00
2.  Deliveries over 1kg in France €15.00
3. Rest of the world orders under 1kg €19.00
4. Rest of the world orders over 1kg charged according to weight, on receipt of order or by telephone order an e-mail with price will be sent.
5. Orders over €200.00 within E.U. free delivery (excluding UPS service ) .

Terms and conditions

1. Delivery method is by La Poste. Or UPS by request. Most of our items are sent via la poste, we find this is the most economical and convenient way to send parcels from France, since most items will seamlessly pass to for example royal mail or u.s.p.s and straight to your door.
2. French delivery. We aim to despatch goods within 7 days, however, please allow up to 28 days for items that are out of stock or handmade.
3. Overseas delivery. Please allow 14-21 days for delivery. There may be an additional 21 days delay if an item is out of stock or handmade.
4. If you need your order sooner, or would prefer to use u.p.s. Please e-mail us or phone us on (+33) (0)4 67 55 74 87 for alternative rates and times.
5. Credit and debit card numbers are taken using Paypal and are not transmitted via email.
6. Damaged goods must be returned within 14 days, for a refund or replacement to the address below, unused and in original packing.
7. All goods are subject to availability, if a problem occurs an e-mail will be sent keeping you informed.
8. The prices of the goods for sale remain valid until a time they are changed on this web site. Any goods ordered will be charged at the price quoted on the website at the time the order was placed.
9. The customer has a right to cancel the order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. They will then be entitled to return the goods in an undamaged and unused condition, in their original packaging, to the address below, a refund will then be given within 30 days. Refunds are subject to a charge of 1% of the sum of the cancelled order to reimburse costs incurred by the cancellation. On cancellation JUST FRENCH will not be able to refund return packing costs incurred by the customer.
10. Please be aware that we do try to be environmentally conscious , and often recycle packaging materials, if your purchases are for gifts please contact us to discuss this.
